Alemanha: situação económica

"[...] Europe’s industrial powerhouse is in freefall. Figures released today showed that German industrial production fell by 4.6% in December, following big declines in earlier months. For a long time Germany’s capital-goods producers thrived on sales to cash-rich oil exporters and fast-growing Asia. No longer. Orders for German manufactures are down by quarter from a year ago. Forecasters think figures released on February 13th will show that German GDP fell at an annualised rate of 8% in the fourth quarter, twice as steep as the drop in America, and worse than in Britain."
