Segundo muitos a retoma anuncia-se para este semestre, em algumas partes do mundo - na China, já estará a suceder. Quanto aos EUA, persiste, no entanto, para alguns, a dúvida (a lógica económica associada a essa opinião é apelativa - [ver no link, o gráfico que não consigo reproduzir aqui]).
